The Spencer Arms, Cawthorne was built in 1720 and is now one of South Yorkshire's best Gastro-Pubs located in this beautiful village (listed in the Doomsday Book) at the foot of the Pennine Hills.

Behind the village lies Cannon Hall, a grand country estate with gardens and lakes by Capability Brown.

Recently, the pub has been given a unique make-over, combining a mixture of olde world charm on the exterior, with a contemporary, stylish interior.

Still retaining the intimate cosy nature of a local pub, with open fires and candles, the pub now makes a perfect place to meet, eat and drink with family, friends or business colleagues

With a fantastic new autumn menu and gourmet evenings, the pub is now serving some of the best food in the area, cooked under the supervision of Jason and his new team of Chefs.
