Jason has now moved on to his next challenge - taking over the kitchen and running of The Spencer Arms, a classic English village pub.
I'm passionate about my food, but also passionate about retaining all that's good about a traditional English pub. As with our decor, we have retained the olde world charm of the pub, whilst giving diners and drinkers a more contemporary, stylish atmosphere to enjoy themselves in. The menu's I have created are a combination of modern English cuisine with a subtle French influence - and using as much local produce as possible, some classic Yorkshire dishes!
